Trasporti Pesanti give the word to drivers! - The biannual meeting between the Storti family and the drivers

The half-yearly meeting between the Storti family, the HR Manager and the logistics and commercial director of Trasporti Pesanti and the driver teams took place on the morning of 30 September.

The meetings with the drivers were followed by the evaluation of a questionnaire proposed in order to identify the critical points and strengths regarding communication between departments, optimization of internal processes and to take stock of working tools, The in-house workshop and fleet management.

From the direct comparison between the property and the drivers, many constructive suggestions and criticisms emerged on which to work to improve the quality of the work and make more effective and efficient collaboration between the operational departments of the company.

At the end of the meetings, the Storti family wanted to thank the participants for their cooperation and openness to dialogue by offering a refreshment in the company that allowed drivers of Trasporti Pesanti to live a serene moment of conviviality.
